Swinerton completed the fourth phase of the Emerald Green Casino. The design-build project includes a four-level parking structure  with an additional eight levels of hotel with 156 guestrooms and a roof top restaurant. The project will be connected to the current casino and consists of an additional 103,200 square feet. New amenities of the hotel include a lobby, pool, fitness center, meeting rooms, and an outdoor deck and kitchen.
