The scope of this project includes the replacement of security features including a ten-foot-high chain-link security fence. Swinerton performed many facility repairs including mending cracks in the existing concrete, re-paving from street-level to the fifth level of the facility, replacement of expansion joints, replacing existing side walk, and applying sealer to new concrete.
