This project consists of a 6,000-square-foot ground up expansion of a new Class 100 Clean Room. The scope includes the addition of office space for Honeywell and extensive reworking of the existing underground utility systems including sewer, storm, electrical, water, and domestic water systems. The new building consists of a raised floor system, a new air handling system that includes 180 fan filter units, and an exterior canopy system providing common area space for employees. This project is one of many for the returning client, Honeywell.
