Swinerton partnered with Cooper Carry as the architect to deliver the first-generation tenant fit-out of the new 20-story CODA Building. The scope included installation of a new 30,000 cubic feet per minute (CFM) air handling unit, enlighted lighting control system, sealed concrete floors, open ceiling concept with tectum ceiling baffles, wood wall covering, and a comprehensive signage and graphics package. The new space provides high-end amenities including IDF rooms, large meeting rooms with views of the downtown Atlanta skyline and Georgia Tech Campus, community flex space with seating for over 70 people, a catering pantry, game room, wellness room, coffee bars, and innovative team pods to maximize employee collaboration.

The facility is part of a premier mixed-use development with 645,000 square feet of office space that will serve as the core of collaboration and pinnacle of innovation in Midtown Atlanta’s Tech Square. The development provides companies the rare opportunity to co-locate with others who are embedded in the Georgia Tech innovation ecosystem, which is home to some of the top engineering and computer science programs in the world.
