Swinerton provided general contracting services for the tenant improvement of the 17th floor at 335 Madison. The project scope included the demolition of a previous tenant’s office space and subsequent interior fit-out for leasing. The project required delicate removal of existing finishes in an effort to minimize costs, while expediting and procuring new millwork and architectural woodwork for a general refresh of the space. The renovated space features built-in seating and banquettes, new front of house elevator lobby finishes, new dining and pantry area, an upgraded reception and lounge area, new light fixtures, new plumbing fixtures, refresh of four existing restrooms, and new architectural wood ceiling.
