Swinerton provided general contracting services for Avalon Bay Community’s first-generation spec office suite. Located in the heart of Charlotte’s South End neighborhood, the new office was designed to attract an upscale tenant for a long-term lease. The upfit included a large format acoustical gypsum ceiling, custom wood features, a monumental staircase, concrete skim coats on all exposed columns, class handrails, and Teknion demountable wall systems.
