Located at 9th Ave & G Street in San Diego (the Farkas Building). The 22-story project includes the preservation of an existing 1-story historic façade, as well as adding a single-level below-grade basement. The first floor will be a 36,000-square-foot urban Target store, levels 2-5 will be above-grade parking, and levels 6-18 will be for-rent market-rate apartment units. Radian is being designed to include amenities such as: a premium fitness center, a game room, a wine tasting room, a dog park, an outdoor theater, plenty of cabanas, and a fully amenitized rooftop pool and jacuzzi area with views of Petco Park, the Pacific Ocean, San Diego Bay, and Coronado.
The project officially broke ground on July 13. “Radian will add a contemporary and needed residential and retail experience to downtown San Diego,” said Jason Wood of Cisterra Development. “Our project team is proud to officially start construction today with an estimated completion and delivery of Radian in 2023.”
