Swinerton provided general contracting services for the various tenant improvements across nine buildings at the SK Battery Industrial Facility. The scope of work included new space buildout in core and shell areas for production operation usage, construction of operation offices within the buildings, and additional MEP work to support the needs of each area. The renovated spaces included the electrode, assembly, formation, cell discharge, raw material, quality evaluation, main guard house, and administration buildings.

The project team coordinated with the client throughout the project to maintain production operation during construction. The project was completed on an accelerated project schedule.
