Swinerton provided general contracting services for the construction of a new 26-story mixed-use development at 18th & Broadway. The cast-in-place concrete structure consists of 354 apartments and 6,900 square feet of ground-level retail space. A new standalone parking structure was also built and connected by a skybridge. The cast-in-place concrete has 5 levels above-grade and two levels below-grade with a total of 484 stalls. The entire project was performed under a joint venture between Swinerton Builders and Batson-Cook Construction.

The apartments features nine-foot ceilings with floor-to-ceiling glass, quartz countertops, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and porcelain tile. The signature SkyHouse amenity deck on the top floor of the building features a club room, swimming pool, and fitness center. Additional amenities include secure bike storage areas, vehicle charging stations, a dog run, and a dog washing station. The sustainable building was built to Energy Star standards
