Project consisted of the renovation and tenant improvement work for the new Target store in place of the old Nordstrom location at the Ala Moana Center. The new Target store occupies the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building and consists of over 100,000-squarefeet. Additional scope included the reconfiguration of the store elevators and escalators. This is the first Target store in the Ala Moana Center.
