This project includes the modification and TI build-out of two existing spaces at the Aloha Tower Marketplace and converting them into The Old Spaghetti Factory. The 9,200-square-foot project includes kitchen, eating areas, restrooms, some unique architectural features including stained glass, a trolley inside the restaurant, and an outdoor eating area.
