The adaptive reuse and rooftop addition to the historic Troy Laundry building will be the newest location for Soho House. The project includes interior renovations for new amenity spaces including dining, wellness/gym, and lounges. The building is undergoing a seismic retrofit to meet BPON standards, a new fire protection system, vertical transportation, and egress components, and accessibility upgrades. The existing historic façade and window scope includes cleaning, repairs. New construction interventions within the historic façade are included at the main entry, west service entry, east north bay, and a new roof terrace with landscaping and a pool.
