The days of dull cubicle spaces are long gone for Udemy as their new modern office has been refreshed! The Udemy office is nestled in the heart of Denver’s LoDo neighborhood, located in a historic building constructed in 1887.

Udemy brought a creative workspace that supports flexibility for all of its employees. Their new space promotes creativity, collaboration, and communication from the relaxing cushion chairs overlooking Coors Field to the agile private offices. The new office layout aligns with Udemy’s diverse and inclusive culture as it provides large conference rooms and single-person call booths, a kitchenette that offers a variety of snacks and drinks, and green plants adorn the office to reduce stress and anxiety. In addition, the bright-colored accent features on the walls, decorative doors and hardware, and trendy light fixtures create a vibrant and energetic ambiance throughout.

Swinerton completed this multi-phased, multi-level 29,000-square-foot historic renovation in the fourth quarter of 2021.
