A three-phase project, the entire Beach Tower property was completely overhauled. Set in an occupied hotel, work included renovations to all 182 guestrooms, meeting rooms, ballrooms, fitness center, and spa. To improve the customer experience, the entry drive, porte cochere and lobby were reimagined with a new theme. Work also included the addition of a new second-floor VIP guest lounge with two new plunge pools and a bar; a new specialty restaurant with ocean front decking and a pool bar; and new ground-floor leasable market and retail shell spaces. A new splash experience area was also added to the existing children’s pool. The addition of the two new pools required a complex logistics plan to facilitate the required fill export and regrading.
