This project consisted of new office space, restrooms, an employee lounge, modifications to existing electrical and mechanical systems and site work to expand the parking area. Swinerton actively engaged in preconstruction planning with Alaska and their Owner’s Representative to reduce the schedule from 12 weeks to 8 weeks and kept the project within the initial budget. We worked with the team to overcome design constraints and maintain Alaska’s operational programmatic needs. Swinerton leveraged its deep bench of subcontractors to find the right trade partners at every step of the way.
