Taylor Steucke Joins Swinerton as Estimator in the New York Market

Swinerton is pleased to announce the recent hire of Taylor Steucke as Estimator on its preconstruction team in New York City. With over eight years of experience in the construction industry, Steucke brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role, where she will be responsible for developing accurate and detailed project cost estimates by analyzing project documents, working with trade partners, and identifying scope gaps.

Steucke graduated from Pratt Institute with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and utilizes her design knowledge and assistant project manager experience to inform clients and design partners of budget solutions that align with a project’s intent and vision. In her previous roles, Steucke fostered a passion for estimating and growing strong, critical relationships with trade partners.

Steucke supports the company’s efforts in performing tenant improvements for several Fortune 500 and global firms within the New York market. Since opening the New York office in 2021, Swinerton’s project portfolio has grown to encompass projects in the workplace, retail, aviation, industrial, and entertainment sectors throughout the metro area. Additionally, the firm is active in the rising self-storage market in the outer boroughs and New Jersey.
