Swinerton completed a 2,400-square-foot tenant improvement on the 21st floor of One Convention Place in Seattle, WA, for BiNW. This project is the first of its kind in flexible furniture showrooms. BiNW is calling the space “Catalyst” and will use the versatile open environment and stages to showcase the latest in office furniture. Swinerton worked closely with and coordinated with the space designers and architect to achieve the desired design for this unique space.
