Swinerton provided general contracting services for the interior renovation of the Executive Business Center within Building 2 of the RTP NetApp campus. The project scope included high-end finishes for millwork, flooring, and upgrades to MEP for a coffee bar, AR room, and large scale multi-taction interactive screens. The project was completed on an eight month schedule.
