The new 232,140-square-foot, 12-story upscale hotel features 326 guest rooms, a sixth-floor patio with a pool and spa, along with a rooftop pool deck with a splash pad. It also includes 3,810 square feet of restaurant space, 8,880 square feet of back-of-house areas, and 2,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Adjacent to the hotel is a standalone 4-level above-grade parking structure with 366 stalls across 133,000 square feet. Swinerton self-performed the cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete structure. Targeted for LEED Silver, sustainable features include reduced water usage, heightened energy efficiency, electric car charging stations, and drought-resistant native plants.
