The scope of work involved the complete renovation and modernization of a 16-story, 250-room hotel with new guestroom, retail areas. The street level includes more than 10,000-square-foot of retail space, additional back of house/service areas and a 500-squarefoot lanai. On the 2nd floor lobby level a pool deck, fitness area, spa rooms, kitchen and offices, dining area, and a lounge/bar are featured. Through the design process furnishings and finishes were carefully selected to create a strong sense of rustic Hawaiian luxury, while keeping the hotel stylish and sophisticated. A 20,500-square-foot parking garage for hotel guests and shoppers is located just below street level.
