Swinerton Announces Bonnie Pfleiderer as Director of Business Development for Northeast Market

Swinerton announces Bonnie Pfleiderer as Director of Business Development for the Northeast market. This announcement was made by Andrew Pearl, Swinerton VP, NY Division Manager.  

 Her primary area of responsibility is to build strategic relationships and create and implement a marketing and development plan to increase business and revenue. She brings her experience in the engineering and construction industries to service Swinerton’s clients in the New York market.  

“Bonnie brings to Swinerton an extensive background in building successful partnerships with a broad range of clients in the New York City market, many of them Fortune 500 companies,” says Swinerton VP, NY Division Manager Andrew Pearl. “Her in-depth knowledge of business development and fostering trust in her client relationships is extremely valuable to Swinerton’s first New York office,” continued Mr. Pearl. 

 As Director of Business Development, Ms. Pfleiderer is responsible for developing strong partnerships and lasting relationships with new and existing clients, as well as seeking out new business opportunities for Swinerton in New York.  She has a deep understanding of clients’ needs and priorities and focuses on not only meeting expectations but exceeding them. 

“Bonnie’s proactive, solution-based approach with clients and staff plays a valuable role in ensuring that Swinerton is recognized as the construction partner of choice for our existing, as well as new customers,” adds Andrew Pearl.

 Ms. Pfleiderer was named the 2022 Women of Valor Honoree benefiting St. Francis Food Pantries and Shelters and was honored as an Outstanding Community Service Recipient 2017 by the committee for Hispanic Children and families. She also volunteers and serves on committees for several other nonprofits including St. Jude’s Research, Caring to Remember on behalf of Alzheimer’s Association, VVA Help USA Toy Drive, Latino American Commercial Real Estate Association (LACREA), Encourage Kids Golf, Golf for Hunger benefiting St. Francis Food Pantries and Shelters, Hoboken NJ Shelter, and Special Olympics in NYC.
