Swinerton has promoted Jason Chupp to Vice President, Northwest Region Manager and Bobby Jennings to Portland Division Manager
With Swinerton’s growth of operations and endeavors in the Pacific Northwest, we are pleased to announce new leadership in the region to support construction and mass timber operations, including oversight of our Seattle and Spokane offices in Washington, and Portland and Bend offices in Oregon.
Overseeing the Northwest will be Jason Chupp as Vice President and Region Manager. A construction engineering graduate of Oregon State University, Jason has been with Swinerton since 2012, joining the team as a Project Executive and then progressing into the role of Division Manager and Vice President in 2015. Under Jason’s leadership, the Portland operations team and new lines of business in the Pacific Northwest have significantly grown.
“Jason’s passion for positioning his team members for growth and success, as well as his steadfast commitment to client service, will provide excellent opportunities for employee-owners, partners, and clients in the entire region, which has a very promising outlook in the near and long-term future,” said Swinerton President Dave Callis.
Taking over the Division Manager role from Jason in Portland will be Bobby Jennings, who began his career with Swinerton as a Project Engineer in 2010. He has since progressed through roles of increasing responsibility while adding impressive projects to his resume across a variety of markets including healthcare, multi-family housing, gaming, and hospitality.
“Bobby’s deep knowledge and experience in a broad range of markets will be an incredible value-add for clients with upcoming projects as Swinerton continues to diversify and expand our portfolio of services in the Northwest,” said Chupp.
