Swinerton provided general contracting services for the tenant improvement of RTP B2.3 on the NetApp Campus. The project team retrofitted to new standard layouts per test fits approved in 2018. This standard includes modification of some existing conference rooms, additions of new focus rooms and meeting rooms, as well as collaborative areas, and new systems furniture layouts. The project involved three partial floor office renovations, a fitness center reception and office space renovation, and four secured in-place doors to encapsulate the main stairwells.
