Olmsted Chamblee Gateway Apartments is a mixed-use, live-work, transit-oriented development (TOD) adjacent to the MARTA rail station. The project is part of Chamblee’s ongoing economic revitalization. The development consists of four buildings on a 6-acre site surrounding a “Village Center” of  283 one- and two-bedroom apartment homes, townhomes, and 11,000 square feet of retail space. Restaurants, outdoor patios, and a leasing center are part of the street-level retail area.
