This project entails approximately 90,000 square-feet of tenant improvements on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors, including new non-structural walls, power, lighting, plumbing, millwork and finishes on all three floors. This project also includes collaboration and contracting with our Self-Perform group for drywall and framing.
