Swinerton is proud to announce a key leadership change in Southern California, with Keith Dancey promoted to Division Manager overseeing operations for cleanup, concrete, demolition, drywall, electrical, and D10 specialties trades.

“I have enjoyed helping grow and develop our in-house trade expertise in Orange County and Los Angeles over the past few years,” said Keith Dancey, SoCal Self-Perform Division Manager. “I look forward to continuing to lead our local divisions in fulfilling Swinerton’s vision to be a best-in-class self-perform general contractor.”

Keith began his career in construction in 1997 as a concrete carpenter for a general contractor in San Marcos, CA. In 2003, he joined Swinerton as an Intern Project Engineer while obtaining his Construction Management & Engineering degree from California State University, Long Beach. Keith has been involved in a wide variety of project types in his tenure, all of which contained an element of self-perform scope.

For the past two years as Operations Manager for self-perform work in SoCal, Keith has been instrumental in standardizing Swinerton’s self-perform operations, focusing on developing strong succession plans, best-in-class project execution, a culture of collaboration, and adding value for our clients.
